A. This license document (“License”) applies to any copyrightable work licensed under this License (a “Program”), as well as any derivative work formed from such Program.

B. A licensee under this License (“You” or “Your”, as the case may be) may Use (defined below) verbatim copies of the Program's source code (including, but not limited to, this License).

C. You may Use Your copies of the Program to form a derivative work. You may Use such derivative work (also a Program), which must remain licensed under this License, verbatim.

D. If You attempt to, or You do, Use the Program in a manner inconsistent with this License, then Your License is immediately void and Your rights under this License automatically terminate. Parties who received copies of the Program from You will also have their License terminated and will have no right to Use the Program, unless such parties are, and remain, in full compliance with this License.

E. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a Billion Dollar Businesses may not be a Licensee. A Billion Dollar Businesses may not Use this Program, directly, as a licensee of this License, or indirectly through a duly licensed third party. If a Billion Dollar Businesses would like to Use this Program, whether directly or indirectly, such Billion Dollar Businesses may obtain a license from OS Cash, 737570706f7274406f732e63617368 .

A Billion Dollar Businesses is any for-profit endeavor (irrespective of the specific legal structure) that, in the prior tax year of any jurisdiction(s), generated gross revenue of USD one billion or more, or otherwise exceeded USD one billion by any other typical metric commonly used to assess the value of a business or enterprise.

F. You are not required to accept this License. However, You must accept this License in order to enjoy the right to copy, modify, distribute or otherwise commercially utilize or commercially rely on (to “Use”) the Program, or a derivative work of the Program (also a Program). By Using the Program, You accept this License. If You do not accept this License, You may not Use the Program.

G. When the Program fails to have any updates for twelve consecutive months, this License shall terminate. Absent instruction from the Licensor to the contrary, the Program shall revert to the license it was under immediately prior to this License. In the context of this Section G, “Program” does not refer to derivative works (as described under Section C).

H. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OS CASH LLC, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY AND/OR REDISTRIBUTE THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
